Owner Info.:
I am a Senior Software Engineer that has been working in the Information
Technology sector for the past 14 years. I graduated from the University of
Nebraska at Kearney in May of 1995 with a degree in Management of Information
Systems and Criminal Justice. I also hold an Associates of Arts degree from Craven
Community College in New Bern, NC. while stationed in the U.S. Navy at MCAS Cherry Point, NC
where I began my interest in the technology sector.
From 1989 to 1991; I automated the U.S. Navy Boat Division using Enable 3.1 by creating inventory control system for
the warehouse of the division. I was then honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1991 shortly after Desert
Storm and began my college career at Kearney State College which became the Univerity of Nebraska at Kearney
during my tenure. In between my Junior and Senior years at UNK I performed my internship with the Buffalo County
Sherrif's office and Kearney Police Department.
Since graduating in 1995; I have worked for several corporations both large and small to include: IBP, Inc and LEXISNEXIS
and for different state government offices including the Department of Human Services of the state of
Illinois. My latest project; from July 2007 to April 2009, was with the State Patrol of New Mexico and for
various police departments throughout the state of Texas as a computer consultant for which I wrote an online
application to track criminal evidence from the time a suspect is arrested until the case is either prosecuted
or dismissed by the criminal justice system. This online application utilizes RFID technology
to create a chain of custody report of evidence that is gathered at the crime scene until the case
is properly disposed of.
